    1. We get the feedback maybe related with the individual heatsink that use the one piece thermal pad still have gap between the CM4 module and the C235 heatsink, if you meet such a situation, please cut the thermal pad into two pcs and attach 2pcs of thermal pads stacked to attch on the CPU of CM4 module.

    2. Or if you find there is no gap between the C235 and CPU of the cm4 module, there is no need to attach the thermal pad, you can use some CPU grease(not included) on the CPU chip to get better heat dissipation performance. Recommended!
