We send orders worldwide with tracking numbers.

•Shipping Details

Shipping information, including address, postal code, and contact number must be confirmed before delivery. Before payment, please make sure your address in order must match the address you would like us to send to.

•Shipping service for reference

Generally, we provide if the order weight is heavier than 4Kg express shipping services like DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT and if lighter than 4Kg air mail services like USPS, Royal Mail, Swiss Post, Canada Post, PostNL, La Poste, China Post, Poste Italiane S.p.A., Correos de España, CTT – Correios de Portugal, S.A., Österreichische Post, Poczta Polska, Azərpoçt, Ukrposhta, Saudi Post, Emirates Post, Qatar Post. Freight can be prepaid and freight collect. For freight prepaid, the shipping cost will be figured out manually according to the order’s weight, courier, and shipping address. For freight collection, a valid DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT account is needed for shipping; in this case, the shipping costs will be billed to the account.

*We stop shipping with EVRI due to customer complaints.

*We stop to provide service for Russian Federation and Belarus due to the invasion of Ukraine.

Our customer support is available. Monday through Friday: 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+3; Saturday: 9:00 to 17:00 GMT+3; Sunday: Closed.

Duties & Taxes

For international orders, all additional local taxes, duties, GST, tariffs, and fees should be the customers'(receiver) responsibilities. Resulting to the complexity of international shipping, we are not able to provide any estimate and quote for these amounts, so please contact the local customs station with any problems or questions. Regarding the declared value of the package, we're happy to follow your wish, just feel free to contact us.

*We are declaring less than 10 USD for each shipment, if an item is lost we can refund the declared value.

*If purchasing is made by a commercial company or if you need a full declaration cost of the item(s) please remark while ordering the product. If the shipment is damaged or lost we will refund the declared amount item and shipping fee.

•Delivery Time

No doubt that we do our best to provide you with the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service. But sometimes international delivery is highly dependent on the Courier Company and local customs. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance. EU Zone EORI Area Post air mail service is available for the parcels each box within 2KG only, and all taxes are prepaid (no limit about box count).

DHL usually takes about 3-8 working days; Better for Europe and Asia countries.

FedEx usually takes about 4-8 working days; Better for Europe and Asia countries.

UPS usually takes about 3-7 working days;

EMS usually takes about 8-15 working days which may be different from country to country. Better for Russia, South Korea, Japan, and so on.

SF EXPRESS usually takes about 2-5 working days for Hongkong, Macao, R.O.C. Taiwan, USA and Canada takes about 8 to 12 working days

Aramex usually takes about 4-10 working days. Better for Middle East countries.

China Post E-packet usually takes about 7-15 working days or more, which is available for EU-EORI Zone.

China Post air mail usually takes about 8-15 working days, but for most South American countries, it may take 15-20 working days.
